Reservations are required: Rentals will be picked up by appointment starting at 9am and must be returned in good condition by 5pm. Additional days will be assessed for late & unservicable gear.
Security Deposits: Are required on all rentals to insure that all equipment is returned clean, dry and serviceable. Damage to equipment beyond normal wear, or loss of equipment will be charged at 90% of retail or repair cost, whichever is lower. Repair or clean-up will be based on actual time and materials used. Shop rate is $35.00 per hour.
Cancellation Policy: A 30% deposit will hold the reservation. Your balance or final payment is due no less than 31 days prior to rental. Equipment rental deposits will be refunded for cancellations received more that 30 days prior to the rental date, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received 15 to 30 days prior to rental date will be refunded minus a 25% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to rental date or for rentals returned earlier than scheduled date.
