This fun-filled half-day Colorado River raft trip is for the whole family. Daily departures at 9am, Noon, and 2pm from Moab, Utah. Each raft trip covers about seven river miles with fantastic scenery, informative guides and moderate rapids. A perfect balance of beauty, and excitement for those with limited time. A river side lunch is served on our Noon departures.
The trip begins with a short but gorgeous shuttle up the Colorado River. The Fisher Towers section is close to town, but you would never know it by the soaring canyon walls, massive rock spires, and thriving wild life.
We launch our boats and experienced NAVTEC guides provide instructions and safety procedures. Children must weigh 50lbs to properly fit into life jackets. Each trip features oar rafts operated by your guide. Paddle rafts are made available on most trips upon request. If you’re more adventurous ask about our inflatable kayaks. One and two person inflatable kayaks are provided for free by advance reservation.
Traveling along the river, several splashy rapids provide a little rock and roll to the classic western vistas. Between rapids there is time for picture taking and swim breaks. Our skilled and professional guides are well versed in the human and natural history of the Colorado River. You’ll depart with a renewed understanding of the river and canyon. Trip Details:
Your half-day Moab rafting trip departs at 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 2:00 PM. Meet us at the NAVTEC Expedition office 15 minutes prior to your departure. We are located at 321 N. Main St. Moab, Utah. Pick-up from local hotels, motels, and campgrounds is also available upon advance request. We will take you to the river “put-in” for your trip and return you when the trip ends. Trips operate March through October. All ground transportation is included. Reservations are recommended certain trip minimums apply.

A five passenger minimum is required for this tour to operate. If the minimum is not met you will be offered a different departure, the option to pay the third fare, or given a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip. In such cases, we cannot be responsible for paying any expenses you may have incurred other than to refund monies due to you for tour price.
