Trip Details

DURATION: 8 hours

Our full-day trip begins upstream from Moab, near the stunning Fisher Towers. This 14-mile section of the Colorado offers the perfect combination of classic western vistas and splashy, exhilarating whitewater. Between the rapids, you'll have time for picture-taking and relaxation as you drift lazily through soaring canyon walls. This adventure is perfect for everyone, though children must weigh 50 lbs for a proper life jacket fit.

Our trips feature comfortable oar-powered rafts expertly operated by our competent guides, allowing you to sit back and fully enjoy the scenery. Those desiring more active participation can paddle alongside in a complimentary inflatable kayak or inquire about our available paddle raft options. Our skilled, friendly guides are deeply knowledgeable about the human and natural history of the Colorado River and are eager to share their insights.

We pause midday to serve a delicious, riverside lunch. Surrounded by the breathtaking red rock country, this canyon is a photographer’s dream.

We had an amazing time on our rafting trip. The river was beautiful and it was a perfect break from multiple days of hiking and the heat at Arches. Our guide, Hope, was very friendly and navigated the water expertly! It was so fun to be able to swim in the calmer sections of the river too.
