To Make a Reservation:
Call us at 1-800-833-1278 and allow our knowledgeable staff to assist you. If you are unable to call complete the reservation form below, hit the "print it out" button (for your records) and "submit it" button (sends a copy to NAVTEC.) Your reservation will be received in our office. To make the trip deposit you may either call or proceed to deposit form A $30 deposit per person is required to hold reservations. Generally deposits are due at the time you make your reservation. We will hold reservations for 10 days if you are making your deposit utilizing the deposit form The balance on your trip is due 21 or more days before your trip departure date. Your deposits are refundable less a $15 per person service charge if cancellation is made 22 days or more before trip departure. Sorry, no refunds within 21 days of trip departure.
To Make a Payment:
To pay by credit card, complete our payment form, print it out, complete the requested information and either mail it or fax it to us. The easiest is to call us toll free at 1-800-833-1278. To pay by check, complete our payment form, print it out and mail it to us with your check enclosed. If you have already made a reservation, go directly to the deposit form.
