Reservation Form All Multi-Day Expeditions

To Make a Reservation:
Complete the form below, print it out (your records) and submit it (push "send form" button at the bottom.) A $100 per person deposit is required to make your reservation. You may make this payment by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card. American Express and Discover. If you choose to make your deposit payment by check, we will hold the reservation for seven days pending its arrival. We will have your reservation when your push the "send form" button below. Final payment is due no less than 30 days before your trip departure. Your deposit is refundable less a $50 per person service charge if written notice is received at least 31 or more days before departure. Sorry, we are not able to refund 30 days or less before trip departure.
To Make a Payment:
To pay by credit card, after completing and submitting the reservation form (this is the reservation form), complete the payment form, print it out and either mail it or fax it (1-435-259-5823) to us. You can also call us toll free at 1-800-833-1278 and we can take care of it over the phone. To pay by check, complete the reservations form, then complete the payment form, print it out and mail it to us with your check enclosed (We'll hold your reservation for seven days pending receipt.) Keep a copy for yourself. We will send you an invoice along with pertinent trip documents once we receive your deposit.
