| To Make a Reservation: |
- Complete the form below, print it out (for your records) and hit "send form" button at the bottom of the page. The "send form" button will send the reservation to the NAVTEC Expeditions office.
- A $15 per person deposit is required to hold reservations. If you're sending a check to pay your deposit we will hold your reservation for seven days, pending check arrival. Once we have your check, we'll send you a receipt and trip information. Many of our customers wish to pay for their trip in full at this point so they don't have to worry about it later. In this case we'll send you a receipt which is your trip confirmation and any other information that may be relative to your trip.
- If you don't pay in full your final trip payment is due in our office no less than two days prior to your trip departure date. Most people send their final payment one to two weeks before their departure.
- Cancellations are subject to a $10 per person processing fee. No trip refunds will be given within 48 hours of your trip departure date.

- To pay by credit card just call us at 1-800-833-1278 and our friendly staff will take care of you. If you are unable to call, complete our payment form, print it out and either mail it or fax it to us.
- If you want to pay by check, complete our payment form, print it out and mail it to us with your check enclosed.
- If you have already made a reservation, go directly to the payment form.
